We use local suppliers and produce as much as possible, within our budget. Local produce firms such as Bettio in Wadenswil and Kellenberger from the Zurich market have been dedicated to supplying quality Swiss vegetables, fruit and dairy for decades, and we are proud to have them as our main source of fresh ingredients. Meat suppliers such as Traitafina, and Geiser from Zurich use only the freshest cuts of meat mainly from Switzerland. Emmi supplies us with our cheeses and some dairy, and Buchmann bakers from Zurich with our breads. |
